Ronald Prowse, Ph.D. will lead the discussion / demonstration of sacred music entitled “Let’s Sing Sacred Music.”

Dr. Prowse is the Associate Professor and Director of Music at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. He has served as Dean of the Executive Board of the Detroit Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and was the organist for the 1987 Papal Mass of Pope John Paul II in the Pontiac Silverdome. He has a doctorate in Organ Performance from the University of Michigan and studied organ improvisation and composition at La Trinite in Paris.  Dr. Prowse is a member of the adjunct faculty at Wayne State University.
